I share this conclusion :"something stinks here, major fraud appears to have taken place, shareholders have been left & dry and authorities are sleeping on the wheel."

I said it before and I say it one more time. The organizations like the BCSC,OSC, etc. which have as mandate to provide protection to investors, are only there in reality to protect the banks, the stock market brokers and the directors and managers of dishonest companies.

With Versatile many shareholders have made many complaints about their suspect administration and what BCSC have done? Nothing. WHY?.

Your car or other thing have been stolen. The police make an investigation. Many shareholders think that the value of their shares in Versatile have disappeared and what do the BCSC, nothing. Don't forget, since their last quarter report in november of 2016, the Versatile administration never told us that the company has any kind of trouble. Quite the reverse the company was no more losing money. Every thing was loking good etc. etc.

Finally, there were raisons to ash the BCSC to take a look to this funny situation. And what the BCSC told us, they told us to settle this scams by ourselves. The Smal One againts the Giant. 

In this way the dishonest CEO, CFO, etc. carry on to get rich and the shareholders to be stripped.
Very, very disgusting...unbelievable !!!
