RE:RE:RE:RE:Another (Wild) Guess - flow thruIf ND is sold, they lose a lot of cash flow (at least $4M possibly after capex) that they can't afford to lose. It could explain not being in a hurry to sell it until a deal for the whole shooting match is in place. The alternative to a flow thru (to rectify the lost CF from an ND deal) is to pay as much cash to debbies as possible (from ND proceeds) and the rest in stock...that would make it easier to consume a merger (no debt).
