RE:RE:RE:Highlights of CGC and CB Agreement as postedThanks "Iminlong" that's very helpful. You are right - so that leaves Canopy open to investment from other big companies like Pepsi, Starbucks etc

On page 4 of the Presentation titled "How it Started", they highlight that the Oct 2017 Agreement granted CB "exclusive rights to Cannabis based beverages". Then, on page 14 of the Presentation, titled " The Transaction", under "Other Key Terms", they highlight the points about CG's management team being retained to lead the company and that the Oct 2017 commercial Agreement for non-alcoholic beverages is being terminated. That would make sense since CB is focused in the categories of beer, wine and spirits. They are not focused in the area of soft drinks, water, energy drinks etc. I apologize for not being clear- a bit tired. I obviously haven't seen the actual commercial Agreement and without getting too personal, my area of expertise and work for 25 years was heavily focused on drafting and negotiating significant licensing agreements in various Industries for high profile organizations. I can guarantee neither party is looking to handcuff the other but they do need to block out their Industry competitors. Cheers.
