A lot of your non traditional marijuana investors played this RTO. it was a safe way to play it from a governance perspective as RIV doesn't touch the plant directly.

In the face of 150% return in 2-3 months, they naturally sold.

This will have your typical chart for an RTO. up huge, falls off, rallies back.

Just look at names like KHRN, JWCA, etc. They all did the same thing
