My theory is that if a major in the area is poorly hedged. They could option their ground to Saturn. Let them develop it. While taking a large position in Saturn to create a windfall for their shareholders and possibly eventually use that stake to take out Saturn and regain their ground down the road?
Many majors can’t develop because cashlow is still tight with bad hedges. Saturn has the money and the people. More ground the better!!
