Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Lesson from Canopy Aug 14 -15

Lesson from Canopy Aug 14 -15It was darkest just before dawn at the WEED board in early August. The sp was was retreating towards $ 30 from a high of $ 48 and one poster called Starsearcher sold and called for capitulation to $ 25 range and then the financials were released Aug 14 evening with 60 or so million loss The board was very Depressed and all said they wished they had sold. Then they woke up Aug 15 and BANG BOOM 5 billion from Constellation and the gap was $ 10 to $45 and now close to $70. Bruce was very quiet in the weeks prior and did NOT assuage the shareholders with any tidbits of good news to come. LESSON for the Aphria suffering shareholders. One day it will be our turn.
