Will current stock prices fthat are currently public and compete with Bitmain (i.e Hive ,Hut 8 etc.) be considered when establishing the Open share price for Bitmain?

Perhaps a strong rally and an increasing stock price for Hive until the Bitmain Open? Please share your opinions and thoughts.
