Build a Pipeline because we want it now!

Build a Pipeline because we want it now!
So why is the Canadian Federal government not pulilng out the big club and imposing the pipeline is in the Federal interests and proceed against court decisiosn, which they can do legally.

I beleive a number of issues  push this to the back seat.

1) Canada is seeking a seat on the UN Security Counsel. This might impact the way Canada deals with internal issues, wanting to appear attentive to even the smallest of interests, and not appear to be overbaring.

2) The go-forward issue with exercising this power is that in the future other ruling governments can envoke it with precedent. So you better really need it.

3) Anything pushed through now, can be halted if Liberals get turfed so there may not be enough time to complete it. That creates more problems. So better to push through on a process that can't be uncontested later.

Juwst a few thoughts on that front/.
