Risk vs RewardWhen did last time you saw a micro-cap that kind of contracts? Possibility of generating future revenue > all MJ stock current year revenue combine. The only risk I see is execution and getting paid. Ghana is one of the best African countries with a decent credit score. No matter how risky it is the number is too big to ignore. I am in.
Let's say avg house will be 15,000 usd 100,000 house alone in Ghana should generate
100,000*15000*1.3= 1,950,000,000 (1.9 bil) in 10 yrs 195,000,000 (195 mil/ yr)
Plus 40,000 in Burkina Faso = 780,000,000 (780 mil)
Meantime Puerto Rico, California and Caribbean JV will add enough sell up to 2019 to keep thing floating
