RE:RE:EAT NEWSAnyone wanna take a stab at what GT's revenues are based on this purchase agreement? Don't think this info has ever been released, or if it has please share. Nowadays I think you pay a premium for acquiring a business that already has their licenses in order, but $18M indicates relatively low revenue. Could be wrong. Hope I'm wrong.

I do like that a third of this purchase price is being alotted for growth activities. 44k sqft is a sizeable cultivation facility in a very hot market.
