ALA Alta Gas Canada New Issue a joke

please anyone tell me when has anyone seen this. New issue cost could be 15.50 or 18.50 but NOT guarenteed . What is that about like come on ALA what are you doing .

I have a pair of shoes for sale as well they might be 25 dollars or 35 dollars but NOT guarenteed. Limited supply of shoes. Does that sound any better then your desperate NEW issue for ALTAGAS canada .

PS Lost enough on ALA wish someone would get fired already.
