Endeavour, this is a start-up company with lots of potential If the share structure turns out to be 385 millions shares, it won'be that easy to raise money. Investors want to see a low float because they're concerned about a roll-back themselves. Anyway you slice it that's alot stock going forward. In the old days it would have been roll-backed already before any financing was contemplated. I hope Clint can pull it off without any roll-backs because I have alot to lose myself. .I'm not a basher or a pumper I'm just regular everyday investor so don't group me with rest of those clowns on this board.
