RE:saturn oil and gas

RE:saturn oil and gasI agree. I’ve seen that happen a few times!

Back to that article though.... Am I the only one highly enticed by the comment at the bottom about Crescent Point Energy???

This wasn’t one of those every paragraph is about a different company type articles. That final line feels like an waster egg. Management must have told the writer they are closely monitoring that situation.

The comments about access to even more capital from Prudential is a dot that I am connecting to this statement from Crescent Point as well.

Saturn has access to about $30 million now and could issue shares...? If Prudential is willing to finance more acquisition for them you could see them take even more debt to acquire proven production?

In a september 6 NR Crescent Point management had this to say...

Crescent Point is also reviewing the sale of certain infrastructure assets. The Company believes such a transaction could unlock value, provide a near-term source of proceeds for net debt reduction and create a strategic partnership. Such a purchaser could also potentially fund key future infrastructure projects, further increasing Crescent Point’s financial flexibility, market access and overall returns.
