When will good news out weigh the no news?

When will good news out weigh the no news?or when will good news out weigh the bad news?  Each day I get up and look at the SP and each day is a sinking feeling.  The mood over PLI is always sh-t on a stick.  News that was projected to arrive by a certain date never arrives, instead we get either no news or bad news.  An example was the anticipated approval of Ryplazim last April we got bad news.  We expected news of the mid sept meeting on quality control, now we sit and wait for the news, the minutes or whatever.  There is always an excuse.  This has been the pattern for a long time.  PLI builds up the anticipation and then dissapoints.  There is a stain on this company and it is growing daily.

I think that if they cant get credible results on their CMS for the production of plasminogen and Ryplazim by the end of the year then we should make a concerted effort to oust the CEO and the CFO.  The shareholders have paid a heavy price for mediocrity.
