RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Great news today in Canadian oil patch..The $1.25 is the price the debenture holders can convert their holdings to shares. If the company decides to pay the debentures off in shares then the conversation rate is normally 95% of the 20 day a average price after the announcement. Normally after they announce this the share price plummets. I would expect the conversation price would be about 5 cents. In other words, the debenture holders would own the company. Let's hope for a sale to keep everyone happy.
