Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Diageo

RE:RE:DiageoIf I'm not mistaken it is 2 billion USD.  That would give them 5 billion USD in cash.
1.7 billion US to buy into APH at $30 for 30% share.  How's that for speculation? lol.
I wonder about all of this talk.  I feel that we will get an annoucement when we least expect it.
Vic seems to have a style that is uniquely his own.  Even the last article about supply issues wasn't really expressing what I've heard from Vic's interviews.  Remember when he said that other LP's will not be able to supply the market and we'll be there?  Either he was completely taken out of context or he is being cryptic.  It seems that Bruce Linton releases postive news about just about anything.  He'll tell the papers that he is inventing jet fuel with cannabis just to get a .05 cent pop in stock price.  Whereas Vic seems to never incite the market.  He is the absolute opposite of hyperbolic.
In the end this may be the reason why APH gets a better deal.  Stoic management and precise financials will make suitors much more comfortable.
