Looking to the Q1 results for a huge increase might be setting your expectations a little 'high'. Here’s why…
- Legalization does not occur until after the close of Q1. Sure, there may be some sales WRT to stocking the sellers, but the real revenue will not begin to roll in until the game gets rolling.
- Supreme’s agreement with Tilray just kicked in so that revenue will not be on the Q1 books either.
- The recently announced increase capacity will not produce for at least another 3 months, with the first full capacity crop not arriving until around April.
None of these revenue catalysts can be expected for Q1, however Supreme’s in great position with the contracts it has signed and the cash they have. Look to things to improve dramatically Q2 through Q4. Just don’t get your expectation up too far for Q1.
