I bot stock in the mid $4's, then  swapped it simultaneously (I was very fortunate as there was a nice offeirng of warrants on the board and a good bid for the stock) for twice as many warrants when the stock traded around $7, at a 13 cent per warrant premium (I think there may have been some confusion as to which warrants were being accelerated at that time) and took 85% of my original risk capital off the table.  If the stock goes up the warrants will track it very closely, as they have done or the underperformance of the warrants will get arbed out.. If the stock were to correct, the warrants would likely take on some premium and in that instance outperform the stock on the way down. Precisely the logic I used  when I made the swap.
