RE:RE:Sales license can be 15 months processThe ceo has type 2 diabetes has nothing to do with the process. More companies are wanting to get a license. Im guessing it is just administration, gov't does not have enough people to process it. Second reason is the HUGE scale. 

Oct is fall months and New year is a new chapter. Canopy stock went dead before it becomes big.
