RE:RE:RE:RE:Broker 099 and 124 are doing most of the sellingMost illegal offences are committed by pumpers or longs who fabricate stories to inflate the share price. Quite a few examples on this board. Do you really want securities exchange to investigate? Shorters  are an essential component of a regulated market. They sell when the equity is perceived to be overpriced in the hopes the market will return to reasonable levels. They are often the only buyers when the longs capitulate. Without their buys you would have no market to sell into.

In summary, shorters may be your friend. Can you say the same for those encouraging you to buy an overpriced stock. When you lose half your money are the pumpers there to bail you out?
