Also surprised than Dan hasnt given an interview till now... sufficient time has passed and whatever doubts he might have had, Dan should know the facts by now as to which of the documents are original and which ones were falsified... time he came out and set the record straight.

We have no idea as to how close we are to the env permits... are we a few weeks or months or years away...

No news is the worst scenario as all of us are mostly speculating...
