RE:This explains why Royalty is no longer a big deal Hi, just throwing in my 2 cents. I understand that the royalties are calculated on the net value of 
the resource at the mine mouth. The percent may increase with volume of ore extracted. Any additional revenue gained after removal from the mine would be exempt, Such as, ithe gold has a value at the mine mouth but  after they sell it in auction and get much more then that extra income is royalty free. There could be other ways revenue is incresed. So, initial point is to read the regulations on the royalty program in the country and go from there. Just my observation
