Your brain doesn’t seems to be understand the basic of nasdaq uplisting doesn’t it?

im not making up these requirements, they are made by the nasdaq so they dont have fraudulent stock comming in their exchange.

two of the criterias that isol doesn’t have

-4$ US share price
-average of 1 millions share traded for the last year

without these, it is IMPOSSIBLE to be listed...
