The Company has ownership interests in 12 megawatts (MW) of operating hydro projects in British Columbia and owns a Vancouver Island grid connection and utility carrying on business as Kyuquot Power Ltd. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BuyoutI think there were at least two reasons supplied for not accepting proxies, but I don't recall hearing the cutoff date being one of them.   Basically they quoted certain TSX regulations to disallow proxies for Daniel, and others, including myself.

Votes were tabulated in two groups, "A", which counted towards the vote.  And "B" which were not.    My understanding is that there could be a lawsuit to make the B votes count.     If the B votes were counted, Daniel's board slate would win.

So, it seems likely there will be an initiative on Daniel's side, but I don't know for sure, or the timeline.   If it happens and I were to guess, it would be sooner rather than later.
