You sure Gibson didn't resign the same way George did, which means got voted out?
I spoke to someone that used to work for RCG and they said that Dufferin has lots of gold that is mineable and recoverable, but Gibson didnt really allow for that to happen.

I am just trying to find out if Sprott agreed to him resigning because the company is announcing that they will cease to exist and sprott will takeover the proeprties like was agreed upon last December when he gave them a 5.5 million loan or if the board spoke to sprott and told him all the mistakes that he made and Sprott agreed that he should be let go.
