Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Value traps can suck life out of your portfolio

RE:RE:Value traps can suck life out of your portfolioI've been a long on this for years now and believe in this company. That being said.... what green stated are facts. These were mistakes made. Two other disappointments were the repricing of warrants and the decision to not build out the property we original owned, sold to nuu and repurchased. I was really disappointed they didn't build out that property. Especially knowing a shortage was coming. That being said, I do believe this company has an incredibly bright future. They have done much more correct than they have got wrong. BC investment made me really happy for example. I believe a big investment from some companies sniffing around will really help this company execute in the future. Good luck to all

Check - Strategy drift (US fades - International becomes knee jerk reaction)
Check - Management track record (Nuuvera - what did they buy again for half a billion?)

Now Jacob might turn things around. What are your thoughts?
