RE:RE:RE:Greg Gibson resigned! Not likely, as they would just carry his debt and probably share settle. He would not likely require cash payments.

I have subsequently actually been told that he resigned due to a requirement related to another board he is on, pertaining to a larger project and that he had to resign in order to remain there. I am not sure which it is though - theoretically we should be seeing a number of resignations from him for the same reason.
