Laos Refinery – we continue to push for our goal of obtaining the final operating  permit which would then allow us the option to acquire a majority interest in the refinery. Peter Shearing (our COO) and I along with a number of other people will be (again) attending Laos later in the month. We have definitely gained the support of a good number of people within the Laotian government – unfortunately not all.
Re the 50 ton sample – we continue discussions with the property ownership group. The group appreciates the capability we have at our finger tips but internally the group has not been unanimous with respect to proceeding with the project until rare earth prices are significantly higher and the group’s valuation is significantly higher. The group has recently appointed a CEO who I have not been able to speak with because of my travels over the past month and due to other opportunities which were referred to in the most recent update.
