True but if they can pay now... why would they share profit.... don't think of it as a sell of units .. think of as becoming 50/50 partner in an MJ company for next 6 yrs

Ok lets say we get paid upfront best we will get 6 mil rev and we are done ...

now we have a possibility to make 54 mil + 6 mil = 60 mil from this deal
and moreover, it will bring new people in people who follow MJ sector and bullish on it...

old shareholder probably going to sell on pop and will be out and watching
