How much is a corn And how much is a microwave pop corn? How much is an apple and how much is vitamin A supplement?

Making popcorn from scratch is easy but people are lazy. Apple goes bad fast but that supplements last longer. Carbon footprint shipping raw material to the next process plan add cost.
