RE:RE:RE:RE:MD&A about CKE's doubling natural gas to Chicago is on SEDAR

Beakr,

I don’t want to beat a dead horse here but….your last message appears maybe you do care what people think and are trying to hold out an olive branch…sort of…maybe? But as is customary in your posts you insult a person’s integrity and go on to lay out insults at anybody that disagrees with your statements…which is exactly what you are complaining about Stockfy for doing.

Stockfy is a workhorse. He lays out his opinion, he provides key quotes to back up his opinion, and then tops it off with a link so I can go check it out myself.

Here is the difference btw you and Stockfy using the item you now admit to being wrong about. Between a company’s Press Release and their MD& A statement, which one holds more weight/credibility? Which one is harder to get a hold of? Which one is a longer read? Which one is more technical and more challenging to decipher? Which one takes a reader more time to evaluate the data to determine a current snapshot of a company’s health?

Stockfy chose the MD&A for a reason. He quoted from it. He provided the link. He saved me a ton of time and increased my understanding. These are his opinions after all BUT what he posts are worthy of my consideration in arriving at my own opinion on the matter.

You had a different opinion on the matter. Your response was to call him a ‘liar’ and accuse him of misleading the reader ‘once again’. When he pushed back you cited your information was from a Press Release. Your opinion wasn’t backed up with a quote from the article or a link from the Release you read. Your opinion wasn’t backed up by anything other than your opinion. I learned nothing from your post and in fact, your opinion on this matter COST me valuable time.

Other Examples:

In your last message you said, “Let me summarize a few of my key points for the board so they can understand my opinion of CKE rather then relying on your aggressive and accusatory posts”.

You then lay out some of your opinions.

“ I don't like the management of Chinook and I think this company does fairly poorly.”

Ok. Why don’t you like their management? What do they need to do differently? How are they poorly run? I learned nothing from this.

“The operations are poorly run and it shows on the ground.”

Ok. How are they poorly run? What shows on the ground? I learned nothing from this.

“ You believe they have the lowest cost wells and I don't argue that. What I do argue is that the wells are lower cost because they are a much lower intensity then many Montney players. Less labor, equipment and material costs, its a no brainer and a misleading statement.”

Ok. Lower intensity? What is ‘intensity’? How much lower? Who are the ‘then many Montney players’? What are their numbers like? Where are your numbers you’re comparing? What is it that is a “no brainer”? Again, learned nothing.

Etc, etc…

From you summary list of “a few of my key points for the board so they can understand my opinion of CKE”, there wasn’t one fact, one data point, one shred of actual information to consider to actually walk away with and say, “You know, the Beakr fella, he has a good point there.”. Nope not a single thing. Just empty words scattered with insults.

Do you see a pattern emerge?

To boil it down, you provide no context with your opinions. You lay out insults and demean people’s integrity because their opinion differs from you own. They lay out their rationale and back it up with quotes and sources and you respond with more empty opinions and insults.

May I suggest you invest in a mirror.
