RE:The Callback!Interesting answers, I see he keeps to his same general points in a private call as he does on his conference calls, I beleive I have heard all of these same answers before.
On the booking numbers, I wasn't saying they were trying to hide anything just pointing out that they changed the definition so you need to be careful comparing old to new.
My only question remains where are the sales? This should no longer be considered a tech company that can survive losing money, they are more or less done buiding their product offering (they have basically said this and have let most of the development staff go) - they are supposed to be focusing on sales and I simply don't see them.
As for Atul personally I go back to my question, where are the sales? He personally took over the sales division at a time the company is supposed to be expanding sales so there are only 3 options,
1) The sales are coming but they are not annoucing them or I can't add
2) The sales are not coming because the product isn't attractive
3) The sales are not coming because the sales force is underperforming
He is directly responsibile if number 2 or 3 are correct, but in reality if the problem is number 2 then we as investors are also responsible for investing in something that the market doesn't actually want.
Now you could say they are getting sales and everything is greart but I'm sorry I did not sign up for a company with less than 15 million in annual sales growing by less than 10% a year, none of us are making any money if that is the case.
