RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FWIW - in today's National PostDear Eunice, Why are you covering such incompetent directors and officers? Who are you really? So, the blame game continues with the analysts: come on, they were lied to like we were except for Axler who conducted a more in-depth DD and once Mr. Rumble found out, he knew he had to exercise those options that were in the money at that time. What puzzles me is why the other holders of options didnt do likewise. Id love to know what their reaction was when finding out he betrayed them. By the way, are you sure you meant what you wrote in your post that THE ANALYSTS DID A POOR JOB OF COVERAGE BACK THEN NOT EVEN NOTING THAT MGMT HAD NO CONFIDENCE IN THE STOCK SO SOLD EVERYTHING THEY COULD GET THEIR HANDS ON (I presume THEY means shorters) If you really mean this, you then subscribe to my theory that Mr. Rumble is guilty of insider trading. Ouch! 3M and Getinge were conned into believing the VP4 was going to get fast FDA approval and it never happened until recently and on the day of the announcement of disastrous financial results. I must admit, Mr. Rumble is gifted in so far as timing is concerned! Why did the older VP4s not sell? Why did Mr. Rumble decide to discontinue its fabrication? Do we know what kind of reputation TSO3 has in the marketplace? Perhaps the reason the product is not selling well is because of the old saying: once burnt, twice shy? Granted we appear to have a superior product that is supposed to save lives and money, but why is it that no major distributor wants to pick us up, cheap? Like others have said before me, only this and the removal of useless directors and officers will make the share price move. Can anyone prove me wrong, I beg you because I was made to believe we had a hell of a better mouse trap!
