Is Sorensen the one that is dumping?
Is Sorensen the one that is dumping?Sprott private placement a year ago for $2 mill was at $.36 cents and warrents were .42 so we know it's not them selling. And from past experience we know RR is patient and may even be the one mopping up cheap shares right now.
Cameco has 50 mill shares but since they own more than 10% they would have to report the selling of shares so it can't be them.
Whom ever bought the 16 mill shares on Oct 16th from ura isn't likely selling because the high and low that day was .185 & .20. Stranger things have happened but I doubt they would sell 30 days later at a loss.
URA is done and will likely only have a minor influence in the s/p from here on out. It can't be them considering they only hold a little over 4 mill shares now and are balanced..
I have more shares than some of the remaining listed institutions that are listed in the 'Holders' report that stockwatch charged me $.99 for. All of them 2.5 mill shares or less so its not them.
Sorrensen has/had 34 mill shares which is less than 10%(around 8.9%). So he wouldn't have to report any selling.
Does anyone know his age now and how his health is? He was ceo when i first bought pioneer metals way back when but he has to be getting up there in age. Even healthy seniors estate plan and he is worth milloins so planning ahead would be prudent of course.
He exercised his warrents at $.20 cents for another 20 mill shares but he got 20 mill shares on the original financing deal for $.10 cents per share, so selling those original 20 mill shares at todays price would still produce the kind of gains ANY money manager would brag about(80%-200% in 2 years). Not to mention that ANY savy investor hedges. Selling half could be his hedge. It's what I would do.
After the dust settled, he would be left with 20 mill shares and after taking profits on the original half, he would be left with 20 mill shares for less than 20% of his original investmen or maybe even his remaining shares are free/paid for from the profit.
No other entity holds this many shares of uex any more so I think it has to be him.
