IF the LOI announcement did not help the SP of HUGE the difinitive agreement will not either.
HUGE shareholders also have to be concered that sometime in Jan there will be $48million worth of new shares of HUGE given to TRPX shareholders and many of them may look to dump right away so there could be a few days/weeks of having a downward drag at that point as well.

I really do like this deal for HUGEfor the long term, but it has not been and will not help SP short term.
