RE:RE:Another 52-week low tomorrow? So many questions...The bid of 200k shares at .16 is mine, only 15k of which was filled at about 3:30.  If it drops back then so be it.

I thought the magic of "seasonality" would save us all? Why should that "seasonality" occur any way? Is it a superstition of some kind?
Is this a cobalt company or a uranium company? Price of cobalt goes down, company share price goes down, price of uranium goes up, share price goes down..why?
And I thought this Sorensen guy resigned from the company back in 2009, after the share price went from $8 to $2 (maybe I'm wrong, it was ten years ago).......when did he re-appear anyway, and why? Is he an employee now? A consultant ? If they want to announce when he exercises warrants, will they also let us know when he sells shares? Does he have any special access to company records or other information? Would I get that access if I owned 10% of UEX's shares?
And why did only 40% of the shares vote at the AGM? How many votes do they need to do a reverse split? Half of all shares, or half of the shares which bother to vote? Can they do a "reverse split" and take away leverage, before they prove up what they have found already?
Does a low share price help shareholders? How?
I bought UEX way back, in the mid-teens, years back: I sold enough of them back when UEX was in the 30-40 cent range, and now hold my remaining shares without risk: but why should the share price do what it's been doing? Was URA selling because this company is a "value trap"? Or was it because management keeps lowering the issue price of new equity?
I have no answers to these questions: but if I wasn't carrying my shares risk-free, I wouldn't own any shares in this company: they haven't created any lasting shareholder value for me, and I had  to sell quick and sharp to take a profit - these shares just can't seem to hold up. Why not?

I like that you took the time to list out different questions you have. I may not have the answers myself but it is a good opportunity for knowledge sharing from others.
