Out

OutI gave up and sold 18K shares this AM. Still have a bit of skin in this game but the risk has gone beyond the reward at this point, as there are too many signs of a possible bankruptcy. The first was the revision of the offering, which still has yet to be closed, and if the financial statements were amazing why would they finance at such a low price, unless they desperately needed cash? Secondly, the sales this past week appear to be a liquidation sale, no way they are making margins at those discounts. Again, seems like they are very, very desperate for cash. Finally, if the statements were going to be amazing the price would not be retracing like it is.
