Pashinyan winning will likely not be a positive outcome as LYD's project was conceived during the former regime which was toppled by Pashinyan.  

His first order of business once elected will be to consolidate his power and go after those in the former government.  He will run a circus government and will not focus on economics and the people of Armenia, unfortunately, will continue to suffer.  

In a nut-shell little will likely change and the building of the mine will remain to be extremely challenged and will require $ and time - something LYD has little of.
