No , no. Its the current "short position" that needs to be unwound. Organically this would cause a 50-100% increase in shareprice. But instead, a 1- 5 RS will allow them to unwind at no loss because the stock WILL drop. And its not the lack of no voters; it is the votes of the financial hedge funds and absentee voters which will automatically go into mgmts corner. This makes it probable that this bad medicine will be shoved down our throats under the guise of "more marketable securities" .... (Maybe optgreen needs to publish the wikipedia definition a few more times or tell everyone how this will not adversely affect common shareholders either way ; such a smoothtalking financial industry type optgreen is )
