Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Haltria or Dealagio?

RE:RE:Haltria or Dealagio? I am all for wishful thinking, and any announcement of a deal would be a welcome Christmas present, but my focus is on Health Canada approval of Phase 4, a status update on Diamond, some clarity on how they are managing employee retention, and of course the first mostly post legalization
Quarterly Report in January.

I would also appreciate some clarification from the CEO regarding how the Farm Bill will impact APHA’s operations.

There are a number of salient issues APHA could and should be updating us on regardless of whether they are actually negotiating any sort of deal.
