I'm sure they don't want to dilute especially if this is the round of funding they're expecting to get them operational, which could also explain why they're letting the price fall. Allows the financier to get the biggest % at the lowest cost.


Devils' advocate suggests that when you dilute like C.AGRA (5:1), it creates a large amount of gray to cook the books in. It's like when you parents pay for the first semester of college and you spend all your money at the bar. Money wasn't spent on books or a new computer, but if you some how manage to pass the tests, it doesnt' matter what you spent the money on.
