RE:The case in point here is Fraudulent Worthelss Acquisitions There is no evidence of fraud by APHA execs, only unsubstantiated allegations. The parasites' "investigation" got the addresses wrnog and faked photos. This has been proven by other posters today, amongst all the hysteria and lies on the BB. There was no insider trading, by definition, because Defrancesco was not on the APHA Board or an Exec. The LATAM payments were not out of line with what other cos have paid in the region for similar assets and national approvals. This is an entirely fictional, coldly-calculating, deliberately orchestrated take-down of a very solid business by a couple of amoral parasites. If they had any real evidence, they would have and should have taken it to the SEC. But they have nothing. Unfortunately, a lot of inexperienced, hysterical owners of APHA have fallen for it and have lost a lot of money. Blame the parasites, not the company.
