Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:If we’re being honest apha acb and weed are all overvalued

RE:If we’re being honest apha acb and weed are all overvalued i agree nostro...

i live in leamington (aphria's hq) and no way are their greenhouses worth $4 or 5 billion. no matter what they have growing in them. real stoners are going to grow their own weed and marijuana infused beverages and edibles are a highly untested market. add in all the other competition and you can begin to paint the picture that pot stocks are in a bubble.

when ontario raised its minimum wage to $14/hr and talk of carbon tax permeated the news a lot of greenhouse properties changed hands. the government seems to do whatever they can to make it as difficult as possible for the greenhouse industry to succeed. marijuana profit forecasts are a pipe dream. bubble all the way.

in the $4 range (CAD) would be a good buy. right now a lot of weak hands are getting shaken out.
