Naw man - great day. I find it hilarious that people are excited if this is how Canopy is going to spend its $5B... 

This transaction says 3 things - 1) Canopy doesnt understand the future of consumption 2) they continue to overpay for acquisitions that have questionable returns 3) They dont know how to build brands, nor do they know how to properly pay for them and their ability to win in a brand fight should be questioned. Again - there is ZERO proof that Canopy has the team/industry experience to build brands based on its previous transaction. There is not enough data to verify...

Now if you bring up Constellation as some sort of "proof of legitimacy", then you need to realize that Constellation is the smart ones in that relationship, not Canopy. If there is a Canopy beverage brand it will be the Constellation guys building it. 

These vaporizers are just plain ugly. The industry is moving towards descretion and style as any consumer products market. NO ONE is going to bring one of these to their office christmas party..

Vesselbrand.com on the other hand... that will be under every stoners christmas tree by Christmas 2019.
