ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. RE:consolidation and U.S. listingXena555...I totally agree.......consolidation never seems to work in the shareholders favor. I sure hope PMN has a glimmer of respect for shareholders and doesn't go this route.

And again why has PMN done a PP at these levels......In my opinion there is no need with this pending PD agreement which will fill the coffers for stage 1 clinicals for AD.   Who is this PP benefiting?  ......again the shareholders get screwed as the dilution factor is huge at these levels.   What's up with this?  Can someone call the company and ask them WHY a PP now and for what good reason. And why would they do a PP at the years low.

And why doesn't Elliot or PMN investor relations respond or answer emails.  ?
