RE:Termination FeeThis just adds more credence to the fact that the fix is in long before the "deal" was announced! This "deal" should have been brought to the shareholders long before it was finalized. This working behind the investor's back is very slimey indeed! They did not act in good faith and in the interests of the shareholders in my opinion ......................
