RE:RE:RE:SHAREHOLDERS HAVE NO VOICEyup goldteck I believe you nailed it .....after the jv and monies received from jv partner this stock should hit at least a $1...that would be the time to do a PP....not at the year low....  the dilution factor would be much much much less......it does make one wonder if they  the CEO's have any concern for shareholder or is it all about them......jmo
