RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Mississauga@ MD :  We have to take in consideration that the conservative goverment of Ford doesn't really want to ''help'' the cannabis industry.  And knowing Ford municipal links I assume that he is doing some sort of lobby to slow down the implantation of cannabis stores in the province.  A law that leave to the municipalities the right to ban cannabis store is in my view unproductive.  Cannabis is legal in Canada and all provinces so it should be legal to sell it in all municipalities with provincial regulation like minimum distance from a school.  Right now the towns have the right to say not only about selling but also about where to use cannabis.
