RE:Bruce to be on the Midas Letter today at 4:05Based on what I heard from Bruce, I think the bottling and distribution scenarios are looking a bit clearer.
1.
200 rail cars per day of Corona cross the US border from Mexico. There must be an incredible bottling infrastructure already in place. Easy to add to it because of cheap land and labour for future products. Those 200 daily rail cars are then distributed throughout the US, so huge distribution channels already in place. This was only for Corona, Constellation does beer/wine and spirits so botttling and distribution can easily be scaled up for any of Canopy's future products in the US and Mexico.
2. 197,000 square foot bottling plant in Smiths Falls under construction with help from Constellation. Total of 1 million square feet when all the buildings are completed on the Hershey site and the 2 buildings across the street. Constellation already has bottling and distribution channels in Canada through Arterra Wines which they own.
