Same goes with so many companies on both exchanges that have such a bad reputation.  In Canada it is so easy to list on these exchanges and rip people off and the exchanges do very little to put a stop to it.  Bring on some serious fines and jail time like in the US. 

For me I will no longer buy any stock listed on the Venture or the CSE exchanges.  Just my two cents.
